Free standard shipping for orders over £30 (UK ONLY). Our operating hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Please bear this in mind that when ordering your lashes, but be assured that we will always do our best to get purchases to you at the earliest possible time.

International Shipping
Prices are shown in GBP (£). For conversion into your local currency, we recommend using an online Currency Converter.

We are able to ship to many countries around the world, so have a look at the list when you reach the checkout page. International Orders may require 3-5 business days or more for additional processing time, prior to shipment. Orders are shipped only from London, United Kingdom.

Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.

The Lash Bar unfortunately does not offer refunds for our products due to hygiene standards. All sales are final, with the exception of damaged items. However, we ask that you notify us of any defects within 48 hours of delivery. You will also have to email with the subject line "DAMAGED", provide pictures of the damaged item and include your order number. Please note that damages incurred from shipping will need to be reviewed and does not automatically guarantee the replacement of the product. Furthermore, the lashes are handmade and they may be slightly different to one another so discrepancies may occur. This does not mean that it is a damaged item.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to acknowledge receipt of the item and to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a matter of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you, is subject to vary.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially appears in your statement. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at with the subject line: REFUND and include your order number.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only full-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

Promotional codes and offers
You must enter the promo code in your shopping bag BEFORE checkout, for the offer to be applied. Only one offer code may be used per online order and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.

Refunds for orders with a promo code will not include the value of the promo code. You will receive no more than the amount you paid towards the order

Order Cancellation
We cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched. Once you receive an order confirmation by email, it means your order is already being processed and cannot be changed or cancelled.
